Lentil, Ham, & Kale Soup
    1. Sauté olive oil and spices with ginger, garlic, & onion until translucent.
    2. Add lentils and chopped up ham steaks and toss to coat.
    3. Add stock with carrots and sweet potato, bring to boil.
    4. Turn down to low and simmer for 20 min or until lentils are tender.
    5. Throw in Kale, cook 5 min.
    6. Salt & Pepper to taste.
