This weekend’s adventure was the discovery that our walk-in vegetable cooler wasn’t working on Sunday morning. After calling everywhere we could think of only to find that 12,000 BTU air conditioners are universally out of stock at the end of August, I finally ordered one to be delivered Tuesday. Of course that meant that I had to clear out the veggies that were slowly getting warm in there and didn’t want to harvest anything new until we could get the new one installed.

Of course, once the cooler was cleared out and the new unit was shipped, ta da, our old air conditioner started up again! Oh well, now we have back up on hand for the next time and I have a much less cluttered cooler.

I am almost caught up on the harvest, but you might notice the zucchini is a little, well, a lot bigger! I think I might need to invest in a Spiralizer.
