Good news those of you who want all Spicy Salad Mix all the time: the heat of July has passed and we should start to have a regular supply again. One of our rows didn’t germinate in this week’s batch, most likely thanks to a seeder malfunction. If you can name the missing green you win a prize!
August also means that our Onions are almost ready to harvest and cure – they’re looking beautiful. We will have some green onions for you this week to tide you over.
The potato plants are also looking big and healthy, we will dig the first batch of “new” potatoes this week, fingers crossed there are lots of tubers under there!
The tomato jungle is definitely starting to ripen, we just can’t get enough of the heirloom tomatoes around here. When they are good they are just sooo good.
